I am a thinker and a maker working in Sydney and living on the Coal Coast, Australia. A multidisciplinary creative with a passion for ideas and the skill set to bring them to life across design, photography, illustration, typography, retouching and sometimes even writing. I am currently available for freelance solo or as part of a team.

When not writing long winded, overly self-indulgent personal bio's or annoying my writer, I can be found floating around at my local break or behind the lens of an old camera.

This is my personal portfolio, dedicated to a range of projects I've enjoyed creating, both commercial and personal, across advertising, branding, art, photography and design. Essentially, it's a lot of work that's sometimes entirely unrelated to my day-to-day job.

Say g'day if you'd like to discuss any particular aspect of my work.

Archibald/Williams | April 2016 - March 2018
Creative / Art Director

Hired by Matt Gilmour, my writer and I worked across the entire agency roster, however our primary responsibility became the Citi account where we lead and developed almost all the creative across TV, digital, social, content and press. From an agency perspective, our work took the relationship from a small, almost dormant account, to one of the agencies biggest and most rapidly expanding clients, even developing work for their Asia offices. From a client perspective, we broke new ground, developing Citi's first ever Australian brand positioning and campaign.

Citi Bank, UNO Home Loans, NRL, Somark Innovations, News Corp

Mullen Lowe Profero | March 2015 - April 2016
Creative / Art Director

ECD, Ash Hopper brought in my writer and I as some of his first hires with the aim to develop a comms and creative offering for Mullen Lowe Profero's Sydney shop. Our work won the agency their first lead creative roles for brands such as Aptamil and Pizza Hut.

Danone Nutricia, Pizza Hut, QIC, Johnson & Johnson, Brown Forman

JWT | Jan 2014 - March 2015
Creative / Art Director

JWT needed a designer and I wanted a foot in the door as an art director, so I started at JWT managing to impress the then ECD, Mark Harricks, enough to give me a split role.

My first major job was developing the branding and art direction (look and feel) for the pitch winning work 'stop before it gets ugly' for the NSW Government which went into production largely unchanged.

From here my work on a Kit Kat creative brief lead to ECD, Simon Langley, partnering me up with writer, Nicole Conway, only a few months into my time at JWT. From then on I focused on art direction and creative for the rest of my time at JWT.

Nestle, Unilever, NSW Government, Bayer, RAC, Johnson & Johnson

Naked Comms | July 2011 - Dec 2013

Naked was my first permanent step into the realm of advertising and creative. Starting as the 'shitkicker' designer under the senior designer and creative directors, I quickly got my hands dirty across all elements of creativity from leading branding projects to working on creative briefs under CD, Sesh Moodley.

By the end of my time at Naked I was the shops sole designer, working across everything from template design and finished art to branding development and campaign artwork.
